Lucy nicotine pouches review
Have you seen the ads on Facebook for Lucy nicotine gum? I believe it was last year when I started seeing them. I didn't buy directly from the ads but they were slick enough to pique my interest. Lucy has now expanded their line of modern oral nicotine products to include nicotine pouches and lozenges along with gum.
Lucy pouches are slim-size portions available in three nicotine strengths: 4 mg, 8 mg, and 12 mg. Like VELO, Lucy has a variety of flavors to choose from besides the common options. Today I'm reviewing their cool cider, spearmint, and mango, but they also produce an espresso, wintergreen, and cinnamon flavor for a total of six options. Note: certain flavors only come in specific nicotine strengths.
Lucy pouches are moist, though relatively dry to the touch and without any lingering dust. They come in a plastic flip-top lid, but with only 15 per can. They're more expensive than other brands at $40 for a 6-can pack, and there's no option that I can see to buy them individually (though you can mix and match in the 6-pack). You can buy Lucy pouches and their other products directly on the Lucy website, but they're not as readily available from other online retailers or physical tobacco shops.

Lucy flavors
The flavors I've tried put Lucy right up there with Rogue for the tastiest nicotine pouches. They're natural, vibrant, and clean-tasting. Although I've only tried three of the six flavors, I was very impressed with the line. I have no hesitation with trying more and look forward to it.
Mango
A big natural mango sweetness with a fresh and mouthwatering aroma. This is my favorite pouch I've tried of any brand, only rivaled by Rogue's mango. But whereas Rogue's mango veers more to the candy taste, the Lucy mango is more like mango nectar. A fantastic flavor.
Available in 4 mg and 8 mg.
Cool cider
Milder than mango, but still good. This flavor has the distinct essence of cider and a cooling effect. I expected just an apple flavor to do the trick, but it's true to the label. A pleasantly bright and flavorful option, though I'd still choose Rogue's apple over these for flavor saturation.

Spearmint
A regular spearmint flavor, but with more flavor than your typical pouch. There's not a whole lot to say about spearmint from any brand's pouches, but I'd recommend these if you were a fan of spearmint. Unfortunately, they only come in one nicotine strength.

Overall experience
Lucy pouches are easily some of the best nicotine pouches I've tried, but it's their mango that takes the cake! The slim pouches sit comfortably under your lip, and they hold their shape well without getting easily folded up when making passes.
I tried each of their nicotine strengths and found them to give a strong but comfortable sensation, respective to their concentration.
But there are a few gripes I have with Lucy pouches. First, if the prices weren't so high, I'd buy more Lucy—but I opt for Rogue instead. Also, there are only 15 portions per can, and not all the nicotine options are available for each flavor. Lastly, while these pouches produce some of the best flavor I've had, the impact of that flavor doesn’t last that long compared to some of the other brands I’ve tried. I tend to get enjoyment for about 20-25 minutes, with the flavor starting to diminish after 10-15 minutes.
Even with my gripes, I still think Lucy makes great pouches. If the price doesn't appeal to you but the flavors do, I'd recommend trying Rogue. Otherwise, I strongly advise giving Lucy pouches a try.
