ERTH Hemp Vape Juice: Four Out of This World Flavors

ERTH Hemp is a relatively new name in the CBD industry. They offer a range ofCBD products not limited to CBD vape juice that includes CBD oil,capsules, topicals and CBD concentrates. Their vape juice line consists of five flavors and are formulated with CBD isolate, so they still provide all the benefits and effects of CBD, without the THC. In other words, vaping it will not get you high.

On their website, they provide independent lab tests from a credible source, however, I wish they would have performed more in-depth testing. With that said, the cannabinoid content seems to be accurately labeled according to the lab tests. ERTH CBD Vape Juice

ERTH Hemp appears to take a vibrant approach to no-frills branding. It looks more like something you would get in an organic health food store. Their vape juice comes in 30 mL fine tip unicorn bottles and right now they're offering them in 250, 500 and 1000 mg strengths containing pure CO2-extracted CBD isolate. One of the first things that I noticed is how they don't write "CBD" anywhere on their packaging. It says "hemp oil extract", which I found a bit odd, which shouldn't be confused with hemp seed oil. I'm not sure if it's for marketing purposes or legal purposes, but the lab test results confirm them to contain CBD with trace amounts of CBDv, another cannabinoid. Technically it could be considered "broad spectrum" CBD because it contains non-detectable levels of THC.

ERTH currently offers five fruit-based flavors. I had the chance to try two of them recently, and will update the review with more details when I get my free 4 mL samples. Let's get down to earth, I mean down to business.

Grape Candy

I haven't had a satisfying grape flavor in a while, but they're usually hit or miss. I've always loved the taste of grape candy. This flavor is supposed to be a saltwater taffy treat — it definitely smells like grape. I tested this flavor in 500 mg strength using the SMOK Trinity Alpha and the mesh sub ohm coil. I couldn't believe how fast I went through a full pod! It tastes just like real grape candy, and doesn't have that medicine taste like many others that I've tried. It also isn't bogged down with sweeteners, which I appreciate. Overall this is a well-executed grape candy flavor, and an all day vape for me. I haven't had too many other grape CBD e-liquids yet, but this is my favorite one so far.

Fuji Pear

Although I prefer Grape Candy, Fuji Pear was enjoyable as well. My dad preferred this one out of the two we tried, so this one might end up being your favorite too. It's more on the side of natural fruit rather than candy. Fuji Pear is a sweet and juicy blend of pears and Fuji apples. These two flavors go together so well, I can't figure out which flavor is more prominent. The apple lends a bit of tartness to the mix, while the pear smooths it out and sweetens the deal. if you're looking for a fresh and fruity CBD flavor, Fuji Pear meets that criteria. I kept going back and forth between filling up my pod with this flavor and Grape Candy and discovered that they complement each other well.

Peach Ring

Who doesn't love sweet peaches and candy? ERTH doesn't really provide much of an explanation behind their flavors, but this one is described as a "spot-on peach candy ring". I have yet to try it, but it sounds like it would be along the lines of Beard Vape No. 71. If you want something peachy and sweet, this one would be the obvious choice. If it's as spot-on as Grape Candy, then I have a feeling it will satisfy lots of peach lovers.

Lemon Lime

For this flavor, all they tell us is "a refreshing blend of lemons and limes". It sounds like it would taste something like 7-Up or Sprite, but maybe it tastes more like a natural citrus blend. I wish I could say more about this flavor based on reviews, but I have yet to see one. I wish ERTH Hemp would beef up their flavor descriptions. Perhaps they are trying to entice us with those free samples, rather than winding us up with a sales pitch.

Verdict

I've only tested out half of the flavors, but so far so good. Both of these bottles will be gone quick, especially Grape Candy. ERTH doesn't specify the VG/PG ratio but I'm guessing they are a 60/40, based on the viscosity and the way it vapes. It's not like a throat hit you would get from high nicotine e-juice, but it's not as smooth as most of the 70/30 VG blends that I have had. I also hope they will look into doing more comprehensive lab testing like some of the other CBD e-liquids I've reviewed. Otherwise I think they did a good job nailing those flavors.
